Some of the only people happy the Miami Heat aren't in the NBA Finals this year are the graduating class at Western High School in Davie, who got a surprise visit from Dwyane Wade.
Wade attended the school's graduation ceremony Thursday night at Nova Southeastern University.
Student Negeen Fallahzadeh had reached out to Wade through social media last year, inviting him to the graduation and using the hashtag #WadetoWestern to grab his attention.
In an Instagram post, Wade posed for a photo with Fallahzadeh.
"Dreams do come true... #WadetoWestern was a hastag that this young lady Negeen's started last July to get me to come to her graduation..and BOOM we just did that," the NBA star posted.
