Miami Man Posted Video of Sex With 14-Year-Old on Facebook: Police

Man posted video on Facebook after teen victim 'disrespected' him: arrest report

A Miami man who police say created a fake Facebook profile to post video of a sexual encounter he had with an underage girl is facing multiple charges.

Rashad Hannibal Jackson, 20, was arrested on Dec. 21 on charges of lewd and lascivious battery, using a child in a sexual performance and promoting sexual performance by a child, according to a Miami-Dade Police arrest report recently obtained by NBC Miami.

According to the report, Jackson and the victim had consensual sex sometime in the summer of 2009, when the girl was just 14 years old.

Jackson recorded the act without the victim's consent and later transferred the video to his computer, the report said.

Just last month, police say Jackson created a fake Facebook.com profile and uploaded the video to the page. He contacted "multiple friends" and directed them to the fake profile, the report said.

Jackson "requested that they upload and share the 'sextape' because the victim had 'dis' (disrespected) him and he wanted to 'blast' (spread) the video throughout Facebook," the report said.

Miami-Dade Police spokeswoman Edna Del Castillo said Jackson was arrested after several people reported the video.

Del Castillo said part of the investigation was still open.

Jackson remains in the Miami-Dade jail on $27,500 bond. Calls to an attorney listed as his representative weren't immediately returned Thursday.
