A 10-year-old Homestead boy was found safe after a missing child alert was issued for him Thursday.
Anthony Bermudez-Hernandez had been last seen Thursday morning in the area of the 400 block of Southeast H Street in Homestead, Florida Department of Law Enforcement officials said.
Police later said the boy was found safe in Homestead.
Homestead Police said Bermudez-Hernandez was outside his mother's home when he was last seen.
The boy was possibly in the company of his older brother, 21-year-old Roberto Bermudez-Hernandez, and they could be in a 2008 black Infiniti with Florida tag CDCB84, or a black 2006 Ford pickup truck with Florida tag 8715IS, officials said.
Anthony is 4-foot-6 and weighs 50 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
