A Coral Gables Senior High School student reported missing since December has been found in New York.
Samantha Delgado, 16, was found along with 20-year-old Fabel Escalante by NYPD officers during a traffic stop, when the two were in a stolen vehicle.
Escalante had a warrant out for his arrest in connection with Delgado's disappearance. Police said he was taken into custody without incident.
Miami-Dade Schools Police said Delgado is safe and being held as arrangements are made to reunite her with her family.
