A Miramar man accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a teen girl then posting video of the encounter on social media is facing more charges after a second alleged victim came forward, police said.
Jorge Martinez, 18, was arrested last month on several charges including sexual battery of a minor and obscene communication, and now faces charges of committing a lewd and lascivious act on a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to a new arrest report.
In the first case, police said Martinez approached a 15-year-old girl at a house party in Miramar, drugged her and sexually assaulted her, then posted video of the incident on social media.
After his arrest, a second alleged victim, another 15-year-old girl, came forward with similar allegations, after seeing Martinez on the news, the arrest report said.
Martinez remained behind bars Wednesday on $625,000 bond, records showed. Attorney information wasn't available.
