Florida Wildlife Commission officers are responding to boating accident in Key Biscayne.
The incident occurred Sunday afternoon when a 32-foot boat struck a sandbar off of Crandon Park Marina.
According to officials, an older woman was ejected from the vessel on impact and suffered neck and back injuries. A younger female was thrown into the center console of the boat and suffered a broken arm.
Both females were airlifted to Ryder Trauma where they are in stable condition.
Alcohol was not a factor, authorities say.
