Almost $400 million worth of drugs that were confiscated by the U.S. Coast Guard was offloaded in South Florida on Tuesday.

Crew members from the cutter Legare removed their cargo – over 12 tons of cocaine and another over one ton of marijuana – during an afternoon event.

The confiscations were made from 17 different smuggling vessels off the coast of Mexico as well as the coasts of Central and South America.

The total amount seized is estimated to have a street value of $390 million. Members of the Canadian Navy also helped in the captures.
