New Dolphins Uniforms Leak on Internet

Featuring team's new helmet design with white pants, white and aqua jerseys

The Miami Dolphins were planning on unveiling new uniforms Thursday, the first day of the annual NFL draft, but internet sleuths have beaten the Dolphins to the punch.

Paul Lukas of ESPN and Uni-Watch.com tweeted out photos of the Dolphins' new set, calling them "confirmed" on Tuesday afternoon.

The new uniforms feature all-white helmets with the team's new logo, a modernized and helmet-less dolphin jumping past a sunburst. The rest of the uniforms look a lot like Miami's current uniforms, featuring a white jersey and an aqua jersey that will both be paired with white pants.

New uniforms for the Jacksonville Jaguars and Minnesota Vikings were also leaked Tuesday.

One major change: it appears the team will not use an alternate orange jersey this season. The NFL allows teams to use a third jersey at their discretion for one or two games per year. In the past, the Dolphins used an orange jersey for nationally-televised home games.

The Dolphins will formally unveil the new uniforms during an NFL Draft party on Thursday night.
