The hits keep coming for O.J. Simpson as the embattled ex-football star currently in prison in Nevada is now facing the foreclosure of his Kendall home, according to court records.
JPMorgan Chase filed for foreclosure on Simpson’s four-bedroom, four-bath home in September, according to Miami-Dade Circuit Court records.
Simpson’s attorneys have since filed a motion to dismiss the case. The motion is pending.
The former Heisman winner who was acquitted of the murder of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman, is serving a 9 to 33 year prison sentence after he was convicted for kidnapping and armed robbery in an armed confrontation with a sports memorabilia dealer in a Las Vegas casino.
Simpson, 64, bought the home in 2000 for $575,000, although it’s currently assessed at $478,000, according to property records.
