Pedro Bravo Prosecutor Investigated for Video Voyeurism

A north Florida prosecutor who worked on the Pedro Bravo murder trial has resigned due to an investigation into allegations that he used a mobile device to record images of an undressed woman at a Gainesville tanning salon.

A police report states that 8th Judicial District Assistant State Attorney William Ezzell was seen on video coming into the salon on Sept. 5.

The woman says Ezzell ended up in the booth next to her. Dressed only in her panties, she said she was applying lotion to her leg when she noticed an iPhone being held above the wall of the room next to her.

The woman screamed, and Ezzell left before police arrived.

The 5th circuit state attorney's office is handling the investigation. It's unknown whether Ezzell has a lawyer.
