A woman accused of stabbing her piano teacher appeared in court Thursday.
The judge agreed to allow Sharon Clahar, 41, to be released to Fort Lauderdale Hospital but she has to be taken to and from the hospital by Miami-Dade Corrections.
She was also issued an alternate bond of $10,000, and a stay-away order from the victim.
Police say Clahar attacked the victim on Tuesday outside her North Miami Beach studio.
Police said the student stabbed the piano instructor several times in the upper arm. She suffered minor injuries.
Clahar is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
