Police Seeking Information on Shooting That Left Teen Clinging to Life

Parts of the neighborhood were closed off Friday while police collected evidence

Police are currently investigating a shooting in a Northwest Miami-Dade neighborhood that left a teenage boy clinging to life.

Close to 10:30 p.m., police responded to calls of shots fired on Northwest 21st Avenue around Northwest 64th Street next to the Lincoln Field Apartment Complex.

Miami-Dade Police have identified the victim as 16-year-old Master Johnson Jr.

Authorities are offering a $3,000 reward for any person who can leave a tip that leads to the shooter's arrest.
