Miami-Dade Police are investigating a drive-by shooting in southwest Miami-Dade that occurred Monday evening.
Investigators said 27-year-old Quincy Taylor was sitting at a stop light near 211th Street and Southwest 107th Avenue, when a black Nissan Maxima opened fire on his vehicle.
Police said the Maxima was occupied by possibly 2-3 black males, who fled the scene.
The vehicle behind Taylor saw what happened, pulled him out of the car, put him in his vehicle and drove him to Jackson South. Taylor was then airlifted to Kendall Trauma, where he was listed in stable condition.
No further details have been released.
