Officers arrived at the apartment at 348 Oregon Street around 10:15 p.m. on Monday night, where 31-year-old Jesse Mitchell said he killed his friend. Once inside, they found the victim dead.
Mitchell was arrested and charged with one count of premeditated homicide. Officers have not released the victim’s name or how they were killed.
