Police Search for Men Who Robbed Deerfield Beach MetroPCS

Two MetroPCS store employees and one customer were inside the store at 4855 N Dixie Hwy in Deerfield Beach the morning of September 13th when the robbers rushed in.

Police are searching for two armed robbers who raided a cell phone store and threatened the lives of those inside.

Two store employees and one customer were inside the MetroPCS store at 4855 N Dixie Hwy in Deerfield Beach the morning of September 13th when the robbers rushed in. According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, the robbers ransacked the cash registers and forced the customer to the ground, taking his cell phone and the money in his pockets. The thieves also grabbed both employees' cell phones before they fled.

The suspects ran to a vehicle parked behind the store. One employee chased them to the car, but the robbers warned them,"Don't get popped."

According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, the first robber is as a thin black man, approximately 6 feet tall. He was wearing a black hat with a yellow rim, a white shirt, blue jeans with the cuffs rolled up and white socks with purple stripes. The second robber is a black man, approximately 6 feet tall, who wore a white shirt around his face, a black shirt and dark long pants.

BSO says the men drove away in an older model brown or tan 4-door sedan, possibly an Oldsmobile, with no tints on the windows.
