No injuries have been reported from the incident, which took place around 10 PM Monday in the area near Bayfront Park. Video shows those in the area celebrating the holiday fleeing the scene while trying to figure out what was going on.
Miami Police did initially detain one person who had a firearm at the event, but that person was later released after they determined no involvement.
