Amy Fleming was charged with felony murder for the 1986 disappearance and death of then 3-year-old Francillion “Yo-Yo” Pierre in Las Vegas.

The 60-year-old Fleming was arrested by U.S. Marshals on January 29th in Broward County and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail shortly after, according to NBC affiliate WPTV.

Known at the time as Amy Luster, the mother claimed that she lost track of Pierre when her and the child’s stepfather were at a swap meet in Nevada. Pierre was listed as missing as Las Vegas Police reopened their investigation one year ago and complied enough evidence to make an arrest.

Fleming, who is being held on $1 million bond, was extradited to Nevada this weekend and is expected to appear in court Monday morning.
