SunPass customers, listen up: you need to make sure there is plenty of money to get you through a week’s worth of driving starting next Tuesday.
The toll paying system used across the state of Florida will be down for maintenance starting June 5th and running through the 11th. Customers will still be able to use the system when driving, but will not be able to add money to their accounts during that time.
All SunPass parking entrances at Miami International Airport have been shut down in advance of the statewide maintenance and will remain closed until the 11th. Anyone who entered before May 30th and leave before June 5th can still use their SunPass to pay, while those who exit during the maintenance period will have to pay using different methods.
