Police are looking for four thieves caught on camera stealing thousands of dollars worth of items from a beauty store in Delray Beach in an incident they are saying is one of several in both Palm Beach and Broward counties and across Florida.

The Delray Beach Police Department on Thursday released surveillance video of the incident inside an Ulta store located off Federal Highway on June 11th. In the video, four people can be seen entering the store and placing items inside of bags before leaving with around $5,000 worth of items after less than two minutes inside.

The video shows the four suspects – described as three women and one man – being confronted by employees trying to verbally tell them to stop before one woman in a yellow sweatshirt pulled out a can of pepper spray and threatened to use it.

Police say the four suspects got away in a silver four door car, possibly a Mercedes. One of the females wore a white shirt and blue jeans while another wore a black dress along with the woman in the yellow sweatshirt. The male suspect wore a white shirt, basketball shorts and sneakers.

Similar investigations are taking place in Boynton Beach as well as with the Palm Beach and Broward sheriff’s offices. Anyone with information is asked to call Palm Beach County CrimeStoppers or the Delray Beach Police Department.
