Surveillance video captured the moment when a Pompano Beach store owner says a child set fire to a display inside the building, causing major flames to break out in the area.

Video showed the 11-year-old inside the Pompano Meat and Fish Market, located at 791 South Dixie Highway, when he pulled out something from his pocket near a rack of potato chips.

Moments later, flames begin to come from the rack and smoke fills the store. No one was injured and there was no major damage to the structure.

The store’s owner told NBC 6 that the mother of the child in the video, who was not identified, as been notified of the incident as was the Broward Sheriff’s Office. BSO is investigating the case, but did not say if any charges will be filed.
