Suspect Sought in Shooting Outside Miami Club

Suspect in shooting of four outside club wanted

Police say they have a suspect in the shooting of four people outside a Miami nightclub.

Alfonso Donnell Artis, 24, is wanted in the shooting that happened around 3 a.m. Monday outside Club 90 Degree at 90 Northeast 11th Street, Miami Police said Tuesday.

According to Miami Police, two men drove by in a dark vehicle and opened fire on a crowd, sending four people to the hospital. None of the injuries were life threatening, said Miami Police spokesman Willie Moreno.

The suspects fled the scene.

Police said there had been a fight inside the club earlier but that it was unknown if the flight and shooting are related.

There is probable cause to arrest Artis on four counts of attempted murder with a firearm, police said. Artis is described as a black male, 6-foot-2 and 185 pounds.

Anyone with information on Artis' whereabouts is asked to call the Miami Homicide Unit at 305-603-6350.
