Fashionable Suspect Wanted By BSO Detectives

The Broward Sheriff’s Office is looking for an alleged thief who has a memorable fashion sense.

Sporting a white T-shirt with a graphic design on the front and back, peach or pink-colored shorts with embroidery detail, and slide-on shoes with no socks, the suspect allegedly made and attempted several fraudulent purchases in Oakland Park, Plantation and Coral Springs on June 18.

According to detectives, the victim's credit card had been cloned when she used it at a gas station.

The victim said American Express notified her about an hour after the suspect purchased a Sony PlayStation 4 at a GameStop in Oakland Park and another in Plantation.

The cloned card was swiped three times at a Toys "R" Us in Coral Springs, but it was declined each time.

Detectives said the suspect is a clean-shaven male in his early 20's with a dark hair cut in the style of a short mohawk.

Detectives are hoping that someone will recognize and identify the suspect.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers of Broward County at (954) 493-TIPS.
