An overturned tractor-trailer on an Interstate 95 ramp to the Palmetto Expressway was causing a traffic jam Wednesday.
The incident happened on the I-95 southbound ramp to the Expressway in Miami-Dade County.
Footage showed an ambulance and rescue workers responding to the scene.
No other information was immediately known.
