Trader Joe’s has issued a voluntary allergy alert on undeclared milk in two of its products.
The allergy alert involved Trader Joe’s Chocolate Orange Sticks, as well as, Trader Joe’s Chocolate Raspberry sticks.
The products contain more than the stated “traces of milk” on the label.
People with an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
Two allergic reactions have been reported to date.
Both products were distributed to Trader Joe’s stores nationwide.
Customers may return the products to Trader Joe’s for a full refund.
