A triple shooting overnight in South Miami left one man dead and sent two others to the hospital.
Miami-Dade Police said a man opened fire on a group of people around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Southwest 68th Street and 59th Place before fleeing on foot.
The victim was identified by his family as 32-year-old Larry Edwards.
The two other victims were transported to Kendall Regional Medical Center; one in critical condition and the other in stable condition.
Officers continue to search for a suspect.
