A crash involving two vehicles on northbound Interstate 95 in Miami-Dade left two people dead.
The collision occurred at about 3 a.m. on Sunday in the area of Northwest 95th Street, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
"Based on a preliminary investigation, a blue Chevy SUV was traveling north in the #3 lane of I-95. A blue BMW sedan was traveling north in the #2 lane of I-95," FHP said in a statement. "The Chevy changed lanes into the path of the BMW. The front of the BMW collided into the left side of the Chevy.
