Woman Wanted for Robbing Bank in Pompano Beach: FBI

The FBI has released photos from a bank robbery that took place Wednesday in Pompano Beach in hopes of identifying the suspect.

It happened around 1:45 p.m. at the SunTrust Bank branch at 1409 East Atlantic Boulevard.

Agents said the female robber entered the bank and demanded money from a bank employee. She then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

There were no injuries reported.

The suspect was described as a black female with a slim build. She had a long braid tucked in her shirt and stars tattooed down her neck. She was wearing a red Abercrombie & Fitch hat, denim shirt and dark pants.
