Prince Harry, Rihanna Take HIV Test Together on World AIDS Day

Prince Harry joined pop star Rihanna in the Barbados to celebrate the country's 50th anniversary of independence, but made a powerful statement on World AIDS Day in the process.

During a royal visit to Rihanna's native country, the two were publicly tested for HIV to show how quick and easy it is, according to the Kensington Palace.

"It’s not bad," Rihanna jokingly told Prince Harry in a viral video of the two being tested. "You really made it seem like it hurt."

Prince Harry slightly flinched after his thumb was pricked to draw a drop of blood for the test, as Rihanna watched closely sitting next to him.

The Barbados National HIV/AIDS Commission highlights men as having a significantly higher risk of being diagnosed late with HIV, and are more likely to die from complications related to AIDS when compared to women.

Prince Harry also met and spoke with locals and volunteers at a "Man Aware" event held by the commission during his royal trip to the Caribbean.
