Bobby Brown released a statement Sunday after his daughter was found unresponsive in a bathtub and rushed to a hospital on Saturday saying, Bobbi Kristina Brown needs "love and support at this time."
"Privacy is requested in this matter," Brown said in a statement to E! News. "Please allow for my family to deal with this matter and give my daughter the love and support she needs at this time."
Bobbi Kristina Brown's husband, Nick Gordon, and a friend found Brown unresponsive in the bathroom of their Roswell, Georgia home, on Saturday, Roswell police said. The friend called the emergency dispatcher while her husband performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation on Brown because they did not believe she was breathing nor had a pulse, said Officer Lisa Holland, a spokeswoman for the Roswell Police Department.
When police responded to the scene at 10:31 a.m., Brown was not breathing and was not conscious. Police gave Brown additional care until she was taken alive to North Fulton Hospital in the north Atlanta suburbs.

"The report that Bobbi Kristina Brown has been taken to the hospital in Atlanta, Georgia is accurate," Brown's lawyer said in a statement Sunday. "No additional information will be forthcoming."

Holland said during a press conference Saturday afternoon that Brown is alive and breathing, according to NBC News. Officials did not provide updates on her condition Sunday.
Holland said the case is being treated as a medical investigation and that detectives don't believe any foul play was involved. She did not know if any prescription drugs had been found in the home.
The incident comes three years after her mother, Whitney Houston, was found dead in a hotel bathtub on Feb. 11, 2012, in Beverly Hills, California. Bobbi Kristina Brown had been having a "hard time" as the anniversary of her mother's death approached but had been doing well, her cousin Jerod Brown told NBC News.
"She's been through a lot, you know what I'm saying. This is a hard time, it's her mother's anniversary of her death. It's been a hard time, it's a rough time a year," Jerod Brown, who said he was Bobbi Kristina Brown's first cousin, said Saturday. "But she's a tiger, she's going to pull through it.”
The 48-year-old Houston had struggled for years with cocaine, marijuana and pills, and her behavior had become erratic.
Authorities examining Houston's death found a dozen prescription drug bottles in the hotel suite. They concluded that Houston accidentally drowned. Heart disease and cocaine use were listed as contributing factors in Houston's death.
Celebrities have taken to Twitter to offer their support and prayers for Bobbi Kristina and the Houston family.
