The house, which looks quite boxy from the outside, is very spacious and open inside. She closed on the abode back on November 30 for $1.39 million, which is significantly less than the original $1.449 million list price.

In May, the actress unloaded her longtime and very charming Los Feliz crib at a loss for $1.775 million. She reportedly wanted to vacate the house because she was allergic to something in the crib, which in the end, turned out to be down. By the time McGowan figured out she was allergic to down the house had already sold below the initial asking price.

After McGowan found out she was allergic to down and not something in her four-bedroom Los Feliz home she tried to get it back from the buyer, but the unnamed new owner reportedly wanted "a lot more money" for the unique historic crib.
