Actress Rose McGowan recently picked up a sweet Hollywood Hills pad for a modest (by celebrity standards) $1.39 million, reports the LA Times. The mid-century renovated modern was built in 1963 and features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a chic outdoor entertainment space that comes replete with an outdoor fireplace, heater and covered area for those few and far between chilly L.A. nights.
