Jeremy Piven Scoops Up Mike Piazza's Penthouse

Jeremy Piven majorly bailed out Mike Piazza recently when the Entourage actor scooped up Piazza's Tribeca penthouse, which the former baseball player had been trying to unload for three full years.

Piazza reportedly asked $6.2 million for the pad, but settled for the $4.58 million Piven was willing to shell out. According to the listing, Piven's new spread measures 6,000 square feet and boasts 40 windows that open to north, west and east exposures. The duplex penthouse loft is described as "muscular and voluminous" with three baths and a 1,200-square-feet private roof deck terrace.

Ironically, Piven's new home is smack dab in the middle of Tribeca, mere blocks from popular sushi spot Nobu. Piven better steer clear of Nobu and stick to his "muscular and voluminous" crib unless he wants another bout of mercury poisoning.
