Leonardo DiCaprio Renting His Beach House

He's dated a bevy of supermodels, won a Golden Globe for Best Actor for his performance in "The Aviator," and is known for his social and environmental activism, but only time will tell whether Leonardo DiCaprio can surpass the one hurdle that has challenged many Hollywood A-listers: conquering the finicky L.A. rental market.

According to the Los Angeles Times, DiCaprio is looking for a tenant (with deep pockets) to rent his Cape Cod-inspired Malibu beach house. The actor's Malibu Colony compound features four bedrooms in the main house, two bedrooms in the detached guest house, and an ideal location right on the beach. With stunning ocean views as the backdrop, DiCaprio's posh digs boast a beach-front deck, fire pit, gardens, and lawns.

While we imagine DiCaprio will be raking in the bills from the upcoming release of his new flick "The Great Gatsby" that's due out this fall, his income will certainly be padded even further if he finds a tenant for his beachfront abode. The pad is currently listed for $75,000 per month for a long-term rental and a whopping $150,000 per month for leases of six months or less.
