Winning the 2012 Masters Tournament not only did wonders for Bubba Watson's golf career (and certain lucrative endorsements), but it also has seemed to catapult his waterfront property, which has been on the market since February, into the public eye. According to
Forbes, Watson's North Carolina crib has drawn a lot of attention since the golfer won the tournament this weekend. Take a tour of this champ's house that's listed for $1.45 million.

Winning the 2012 Masters Tournament not only did wonders for Bubba Watson's golf career (and certain lucrative endorsements), but it also has seemed to catapult his waterfront property, which has been on the market since February, into the public eye. According to Forbes, Watson's North Carolina crib has drawn a lot of attention since the golfer won the tournament this weekend. Take a tour of this champ's house that's listed for $1.45 million.
Forbes reports that Watson and his wife Angie have used this Lexington, North Carolina property as a summer retreat for the last few years.
The detached three-car garage can hold up to three cars (and we assume tons of golf equipment), and it also has living quarters nestled above.
The gated house is flanked by water on three sides and features a floating aluminum pier and covered boat lift for easy access during fishing trips.
Watson's three-story pad features about 6,500 square feet of interior living space and while it certainly looks like the perfect family home, Forbes reports that the Watsons and their adopted one-month-old son Caleb are decamping to Orlando, Florida for the summer since state law requires that the duo's new baby remain in state until the adoption is finalized.
A view of the golf champ's kitchen. Any chef will love this house because it has not one, but two indoor kitchens (that just means more dirty dishes to us).
You can literally live like a PGA champ since all of the furnishings in Watson's home are up for grabs at a negotiable price.
Watson's spread features four bedrooms total.
The walk-in closet at Watson's new digs is sure to hold the coveted green jacket.
A view of the golfer's entertainment/media room that has some golf clubs situated near the television. We doubt that the golf club furnishings are negotiable.
Here's a look at the family room, which is situated off of the kitchen.
Outside the main house you'll find this sweet lake view, as well as a stainless steel outdoor kitchen, heated salt water pool and spa, a special exterior television, and an outdoor fireplace.
Five bathrooms are scattered throughout the golfer's North Carolina pad.
Who knew that Watson is a Dolphins fan? Here's a look at his home office that proudly showcases a Dan Marino jersey.
