President Barack Obama has been able to drum up support for his signature health care law in the weeks since it was announced that eight million Americans have enrolled in the law’s health-insurance exchanges, according to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll. Also, Obama’s job approval rating now stands at 44 percent, a three-point increase from last month.
