Dems Back Clinton; GOP Voters Back Walker, Rubio

An overwhelming majority of Democratic voters back Hillary Clinton for president in 2016, while among Republican voters, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker and Florida’s Sen. Marco Rubio are the most appealing potential White House hopefuls, winning more support than Jeb Bush, a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll has found. That poll found potential roadblocks not just for Bush but also for Clinton in one key finding, though: More Americans are clamoring for change in 2016 than were back in 2008, the year of Obama's "hope and change" campaign. The perception that he's a return to the past appears to be a bigger obstacle for Bush than for Clinton, though: 60 percent, including 42 percent of Republicans, say he amounts to as much, while 51 percent, including just 24 percent of Democrats, say Clinton would be.
