Iranian President Hassan Rouhani indicated his apparent support for a group of young Iranians arrested after posting a homemade dance video set to the the Pharrell Williams hit “Happy.” "#Happiness is our people's right. We shouldn't be too hard on behaviors caused by joy,” Rouhani tweeted. It is against the law in Iran for men and women to dance together, and for women to appear without veils, as those in the video "Happy in Tehran" did, NBC News reported. Williams had called the Iranians' arrests “beyond sad.”
