Russia Delivers Cargo to ISS After U.S. Setback

An unmanned Russian supply ship delivered nearly 3 tons of cargo to the International Space Station on Wednesday, just hours after a commercial U.S. rocket exploded seconds after liftoff. The robotic Progress 57 linked up with the orbiting lab six hours after blasting off from Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Russia's successful mission comes after a commercial Antares rocket, built by the Virginia-based Orbital Sciences Corp., exploded about 10 seconds after lifting off from its launch pad at NASA's Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia. The launch failure is being investigated.
