On Saturday at dinner time, Red Cross trucks drove through the streets announcing hot meals

A ferry capsized in the Philippines killing at least 36 people, officials said. Bad weather caused the ship to capsize just 650 feet from the port, a spokeswoman for the Philippine coast guard told NBC News. "It capsized immediately," she said. Out of the 170 passengers aboard, 36 were confirmed dead, 118 had been rescued, and around 20 were still missing, the Philippine Red Cross said on Twitter.
