Rest of “The X Factor” Top 16 Revealed

Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell's teams revealed after baseball rain delay upended the final cut last week.

"The X Factor" is finally fielding a full team.

A week after a Major League Baseball rain delay upended the last round of cuts before the live shows begin, Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell got to add their eight chosen people to the mix--and now there's a top 16!

Better late than never.

We already know that Britney Spears picked Diamond White, Carly Rose Sonenclar, Arin Ray and Beatrice Miller for her team of teens, while L.A. Reid populated the over-25 group with Jason Brock, David Correy, Tate Stevens and Vino Alan.

And, now, we know who Demi chose to round out her 18-24 team alongside Jennel Garcia and Willie Jones.

Welcome to the big show, Paige Thomas and CeCe Frey!

Calling it his reason for trying out, "X Factor" contestant David Correy has located his birth mother

"No matter what the future holds, you're going to continue to be a wonderful mother," Demi tortured the 22-year-old Paige, who was openly crying by the time she got the good news.

Even the more controversial CeCe, she of the leopard spots, worried that Demi may not have grown to like her enough (after once calling her "a little bit unlikable"). But talent and the promise of a healthy dose of drama won out.

Sadly, that meant it was the end of the road for singer-rapper Nick Youngerman and the very promising Jillian Jensen, whose story about being bullied in school had brought Demi to tears when she first auditioned.

"The X Factor" will be back for a third season

Then it was on to Simon--who last year somehow didn't pick eventual winner Melanie Amaro and then, after supposedly thinking better of it, returned to her house to invite her on the show as an afterthought--and the groups, three of which were put together with leftover singers who had auditioned on their own.

"It was a very good decision," Simon smiled at hip-hop trio Lyric 145, one of the hastily assembled groups, who were thrilled to be moving on.

No such luck for duo Dope Code, who left the competition as they came in--together.

Male trio Emblem3 got a scolding for not being as rehearsed as they should have been when they performed for Simon for the last time--"With so much on the line, 100 percent's not enough," the Brit said--but, in the end, Simon declared them winners and off they went to the live round.

Simon also predicted that America will love self-explanatory trio Sister C, who rightly sound like they've been singing together forever.

In the end, it came down to five-strong groups Playback and Lylas, both made up of solo singers...and only Lylas got the call to continue their journey in Hollywood.

So, what do you think of the top 16? Who will you be casting your vote for when you finally get the chance?!
