It's no wonder that this Laurel Canyon home is affectionately called "The Tree House." Surrounded by a mature sycamore grove, the house, which was once home to Heath Ledger and Ellen DeGeneres has been on and off the market since November 2009 without any takers. The last list price of the pad was $2.995 million back in September 2011.

The current owners of the home bought the gated and walled residence from Heath Ledger's estate in 2008. They did some renovations totaling $2.5 million and unsuccessfully flipped the crib onto the market in November 2008 for $3.695 million.
