Third Man Charged With Murder in Holly Bobo Case

A third man was charged Wednesday with first-degree murder in the 2011 kidnapping and death of Holly Bobo, a Tennessee nursing student, the prosecutor confirmed to NBC News. John Dylan Adams was indicted on eight felony counts Tuesday, including premeditated first-degree murder, aggravated rape and aggravated kidnapping, Shelby County Deputy District Attorney Jennifer Nichols confirmed to NBC News. Adams' brother, Zachary Rye Adams, and Jason Wayne Autry were previously charged with the same counts of rape, murder and kidnapping in the case, Nichols said. Adams' indictment was first reported by NBC affiliate WSMV of Nashville.
