Tidbits: More details emerge in King breakup

Although Larry King and wife Shawn Southwick seem to have taken a break from their possibly pending divorce, Southwick’s alleged lover, Hector Penate, hasn’t stopped telling his story.

“I really think (Shawn) had the affair with me because of (Larry) and her sister,” the former Little League coach told In Touch Weekly.

In fact, according to Penate, the CNN host is still in love with Southwick’s sibling, Shannon Engemann, and never really concerned himself with his wife’s extramarital activity.

“(Shawn and I) had sex in Larry’s bed — a lot,” Penate boasted. “I felt like it was my house.”

The self-proclaimed other man even hinted that Southwick led him to believe the home could be his someday, or at very least, she could be. It was just a matter of waiting for the 76-year-old King to exit the marriage one way or another.

“(She said) don't worry, he's gonna die soon,” Penate later revealed in an interview with “Entertainment Tonight.”

Mo’Nique says brother lied in ‘Oprah’ interview
On Monday, Gerald Imes, brother of “Precious” star Mo’Nique, appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” to apologize for molesting his sister when she was a child. Although the actress gave her approval for the interview, Mo’Nique is said to be upset about what she saw.

“Mo’Nique was less than impressed with how the interview played out as she felt that her brother lied and that it was not sympathetic enough towards her,” an insider explained to Radar Online. “She was particularly upset that Gerald lied to Oprah that he molested her while she was sleeping because she was wide awake and scared of him.”

Though Imes claimed he hoped “to bring back some family unity” by speaking to Winfrey, Radar’s source insisted the show actually had the opposite effect.

“If anything, it has made the situation worse between Mo’Nique and her family and she doesn’t know if she will ever speak to them again now,” the insider said.

Dish on the fly
Exes Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are in the midst of a she-said, she-said Twitter disagreement. It started in the wee hours of Wednesday morning, when Lohan tweeted, “Fun @coachella but tonight @ my friends bday party, @samantharonson spit in my face and left w/ @mileycyrus's ex.” Ronson was quick to respond to the wild claim with a brief rebuttal. “Guess what didn't happen tonight......,” the DJ wrote. … Despite earlier rumors to the contrary, a report in the New York Post revealed Heidi Montag has decided not to sue “The Hills” creator Adam DiVello for sexual harassment. She and husband Spencer Pratt are said to have contacted lawyers about the supposed inappropriate physical contact from DiVello, but a source told the Post the pair has since “realized they should just move on.” … Courtney Love is ready for some big changes. First up, don’t call her Courtney Love anymore. It’s now “Courtney Michelle,” the Hole frontwoman told NME magazine. “The name Courtney Love is a way to oppress me.” Evidently another way to oppress her would be to ask her about late husband Kurt Cobain. “I am not his spokesperson on Earth,” she stated. “I don't know what he'd be like now; he could be into society girls; he could be into fat girls; he could be homosexual. We don't know; he died at 27.”
