LeBron to Cavs: Karma Is a You-Know-What

James sends Twitter message to former team after monumental loss

While most Clevelanders weren't too thrilled with the Cavaliers' 112-57 drubbing at the hands of the Los Angeles Lakers Tuesday, one man from nearby Akron couldn't have been happier.

"Crazy. Karma is a b****. Gets you every time," LeBron James wrote on his Twiter account following the loss, the worst in Cavs history. " It's not good to wish bad on anybody. God sees everything!"

It's rare to see athletes taking much pleasure in a defeat that has little to do with their team, But James' departure from the Cavs and signing with the Heat last summer was nothing ordinary.

Cavs owner Dan Gilbert roasted James on the team's website, declaring a curse on LeBron and the Heat and claiming that a "dreaded spell and bad karma" would follow them.

Gilbert also vowed that Cleveland would win a title before Miami, but with the Heat sitting atop the Eastern Conference and the Cavs wallowing in the basement, that prediction's not looking so good.

James says he's embracing his role as the villain outside Miami.

"It's kind of just a joking thing," he told the Sun-Sentinel. "It's not like I really feel like a villain. It's just when I go into an opposing building, it's nothing but venom thrown at us, so you know you embrace that."

The Heat's next game against the Cavs is on Jan. 31 in Miami.
