Tom Brady Hates the Jets, Too

Tom Brady would rather watch America's Top Model than HBO's Hard Knocks

With the second week of mind-numbing preseason games done, it's always good to know even the anticipation to the start of the season can get to even the most media-savvy players.

To that, we say, Thank you, Tom Brady.

Not that liking anything the New England Patriots do is easy to stomach, but it is far more palatable when they are saying something terrible about the New York Jets.

On Monday, Brady went on a radio show and told listeners he hates the Jets. That goes for pretty much anyone outside of the New York/New Jersey area, but to hear it from the lost, model-dating member of the Brady Bunch makes us smile wider than Ricky Williams' chin strap.

When asked about the HBO series, "Hard Knocks," featuring the OTA champion Jets, Brady didn't mince words.

“I hate the Jets, so I refuse to support that show,” he said.

You already know the words have already reached Jets head coach Rex Ryan's ears and he is planning a blitz-crazy scheme to punish Brady. but before then., expect a profanity-laced tirade about Brady's hair on the next Hard Knocks episode.

After all, if Ryan can go after holier-than-thou Tony Dungy, then a pretty boy quarterback he meets twice a year has no shot.

Again, this helps the Miami Dolphins because physical warfare between two rivals only softens them up for Miami when they meet (theoretically of course).

Still, we can't help but send a "This Bud's for you" shout out to Brady for feeling the hate and letting it out.
