On the first day of March Madness, everyone is searching for NCAA basketball scores and results. But here at MMA FanHouse it's the first day of March MMAdness, where we had 16 fights in our make-believe 64-man openweight MMA tournament.

On the first day, No. 1 seeds Fedor Emelianenko and Frank Mir easily got past their overmatched opponents, while both No. 13 seeds, Demian Maia and Matt Hamill, shocked their No. 4 seed opponents. Full results are below.
