2008 NASCAR Sprint Cup champ Jimmie Johnson appears to be changing things up prior to the start of the 2009 season.

The Hendrick Motorsports driver, according to the picture on the right, has taken a minor break from the ol' razor. A former member of the Gillette Young Guns -- a group of drivers that appear in advertisements for the razor and shaving cream company -- Johnson has long been one of the clean-shaven types in the garage area.

However, while donning the look at NASCAR's Preseason Thunder fan event in Daytona over the weekend, Johnson inferred that the look might be hanging around for a while.
