U.S. vs. Mexico Live Blog, 7 PM

Wednesday night in Columbus, Ohio, CONCACAF 2010 World Cup qualifying resumes with the region's biggest and most intense match as the U.S. hosts Mexico at Crew Stadium.

The teams know each other well, but haven't played since a friendly last February, which ended in a 2-2 draw in Houston. El Tri have hired a new coach since that match -- Sven Goran-Eriksson -- and enter the game at a bit of a crossroads, only reaching the final stage of qualifying via goal difference. Mexico hasn't won a game on U.S. soil against the Americans this decade.

The live blog starts at 7 PM EST.
