Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is probably used to having bad days back to back on the football field but the golf course?
Romo failed to not only qualify for the US Open on Monday, he also didn't make the cut for the HP Byron Nelson Championship on Tuesday, May 12.
Romo scored a disappointing 7 over par for a 79 at the Stonebridge Ranch Country Club in McKinney.
The Dallas Morning News reports, Romo bogeyed his final two holes, then left for Valley Ranch to work out.
An avid golfer, this isn't the first year Romo has failed to qualify.
He also tried out last year and failed.
The Byron Nelson is May 18-24 at TPC Four Seasons Resort in Las Colinas.
