After a month-long run of news, rumors and tension, countless players from Europe’s top-five leagues and the world agreed to new moves to start new chapters.

Players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Joao Cancelo, Mykhailo Mudryk, Weston McKennie and more all found new homes in the winter window.

What is the January transfer window?

The January transfer window is the second period of the UEFA calendar year where European clubs can buy, sell or loan players. The first occurs during the summer (July and August) in the offseason leading up to the start of the new campaign.
