A woman who was involved in a data breach with the Florida Department of Children and Family Services in 2019 that affected 2,000 people and over $260,000 in retail theft, has been arrested and was in court Saturday.

Investigators say a Florida Department of Children and Family Services employee is accused of leaking personal data to six people in an organized fraud ring.
